My Story

The Crop Top and the Queen

Earlier in the week, I went to Las Vegas to see Lady Gaga’s new residency show. During the show, I had a disappointing encounter with the people sitting behind me. Instead of letting those people ruin my night, I used the experience as a way to put into practice all of the years I have spent building up my confidence. The best part is, it worked! Check out my experience below.

(p.s. This is the first time I have done video content, thanks for bearing with me while half of my forehead is missing)

  1. Good for you, Arlyne! You are still as gorgeous as ever and you crushed your first video (which I don’t say lightly, normally I’m not a huge fan of people talking to the camera but you’re great at it!) All I kept thinking during your story was how miserable and unhappy these people sound so I am glad that you were able to keep perspective and enjoy your night despite their nasty comments. If someone is at a concert and is hating on the main person performing in the concert, clearly there’s something going on there with them so it’s great that you were able to brush off their negativity and see the irrelevance in it, as difficult as that can be sometimes. Hopefully they’re able to eventually resolve whatever’s hurt them in their lives so they can stop trying to hurt those around them but in the meantime, love seeing all that you’re doing and glad to see your hard work paying off!
